Description
PEOPLE – I LOVE YOU / SOMEBODY TELL ME MY NAME – Capitol CP-1729.
An Australian pressing of this great 7” release from 1968. I’d call it sub-psych. No searing guitar but it has that underlying sound that saw the band share the stage of the Fillmore with many of the great psychedelic bands of the time. The A side is a song written by Chris White of The Zombies. It certainly did better in the US and Japan than the Zombies version.
There is a PR0M0 sticker on the label of the A-Side.
The record is in VG condition. There are a few fine marks but the record plays a strong VG+/EX Minus. Nice clean labels. The record comes in a record company paper sleeve. Aussie copies are not that easy to find.
