Condition:
Sleeve: The sleeve is in a generally excellent condition with no tears or sticker damage. There is writing on the rear plus a small sticker - please see photo. Age has not affected this sleeve and it still retains a glossy clean appearance. The spine is excellent as is the opening with no feathering whatsoever. Top and bottom carry no shelf wear.
Insert: This album comes with the original lyric insert. The insert is in mint condition retaining its first day look. This is a rare find, making this copy instantly more desirable.
Labels: Original GWERIN matt labels are in excellent condition and carry their original strong, rich colouring. Totally clear, crisp printing with no writing or sticker damage of any kind. Both labels have very minimal spindle marks.
Vinyl: The vinyl itself looks in very good condition, with a few surface marks, probably due to scuffing of the inner sleeve. I have played this album on my turntable, a THORENS TD 160B MK2 and I was very impressed with the overall quality of playback, no jumps or sticking only light surface noise on some of the quieter passages, nothing too distracting that, in my opinion will spoil the total enjoyment of this truly wonderful album.
Comments: This is a fantastic rare opportunity to bid on a very rare and sought after 1981 ORIGINAL GWERIN first pressing of - PERERIN - "TEITHGAN". Please note that there are re-pressings of this album available now, this version is the 1981 first cut version.
Packing Procedures. The vinyl will be packed in a purpose made strong corrugated cardboard crucifix box. To avoid any unnecessary seam splits to the outer sleeve, the vinyl is taken out and sandwiched in its inner sleeve between oversized corrugated cardboard. In some cases, I may add extra protection. I aim to dispatch the same day as payment is received.
