First class Welsh folk/prog entirely sung in the Welsh dialect.Splendid acoustic passages,ethereal vocal harmonies,a strong amount of flute work and delicate electric guitars in the veon of STEVE HACKETT.

Essential.

 This is a very special album ...the melodies are superb and memorable. The name of the group is Welsh for "Pilgrim". 

This group evolved from the more prog-rock ensemble entitled BRAN. 

However, Pererin is more like folk-rock, and this album is largely centered around acoustic/electric guitars, flutes, and fantastic female and male vocals. 

The music brings to mind images of a land long ago.
