The single came out on the band's own  COGNET RECORDS through the SRT PRESSING PLANT, catalogue number P.C. COG 2 / SRT5KS447.

The single comes with the original p/s and the condition of the VINYL is MINT- (played once !!!), ORIGINAL P/S is EX++.
