- Condition Disc: VG+ Light hairlines only.
- Condition Cover: VG+ Bright white inside the gatefold and vibrant colour on front and back. 5 cm centre bottom seam split otherwise sharp, unbroken, edges and spine. Barely any ringwear, no creasing or writing. Small 2cm paper split at centre of inner gatefold. Nice shape.
- Comments: Good copy of a rare Canadian Folk Psych record.
