PERTH COUNTY CONSPIRACY s/t Rare 1973 Canadian Private Press Folk Psych lp!
1973/Canada/Rumour II.......here's a nice copy of this rare lp. This is a first pressing of the same lp later released and titled as "What School Bus Tour", also with a printed cover unlike this first pressing. This lp was recorded live in Ottawa, Sudbury, and Winnipeg. The record comes in a plain white cover and has 2 inserts. I have made an insert that's on the front cover, mainly so you will recognize this record. The plain white cover is in VG+ condition and is a bit dirty/aged and has some tape top right front and mid right side front and back, surface tear top left, otherwise solid and clean with no splits. The record is in glossy VG++ condition, there are a handful of light whispy sleeve scuffs and a fine 1" scratch. The record plays very nice with occasional light noise/crackle and a light tick on most revolutions across the fine scratch but not alarming. Still very enjoyable and well worth a listen if you haven't had the pleasure. The two original inserts are clean with some light edge creasing on one edge and slight aging but no tears or writing, both are pictured in pics 2 and 3. GRADING
MINT: I consider only New Unplayed or Sealed items.
NM OR M- or Mint Minus is the same to me, very clean with clean visual appearance and sound, there may be a couple of light inaudible hairline scuffs or such and will be mentioned in the listing, a Mint- record looks and plays clean. Same for the cover. Very clean with no delete or other issues.
EXCELLENT: still very collectable for most, visually and sonicly clean. A handful of light inaudible scuffs, or hairlines. Cover will be clean with little wear, or delete. No splits.
VG++ still a very nice copy with minimal wear, the vinyl will retain it's original gloss and can have a few minor scuffs/scratches that don't affect play very much. Cover will have slight shelf wear, and or delete, minor split.
VG+ the vinyl will still retain much original gloss with a bit more scuffs and/or scratches I may list a very rare or desirable item with a lower grade, I will try to list all defects.
