PET SHOP BOYS - "West End Girls A Man Could Get Arrested" (Collector's Edition)

Misguided packaging. First photo shows how it can look with flaps closed. 2nd photo shows how sticker was torn open (like most copies today) and other photos show contents: 1-10" single and 1-7" single. Neither record has ever touched a turntable - unplayed, but 10" was packaged with absolutely no inner sleeve or protection so there are some small scuffs and hairline marks: Near Mint Minus. 7" single is Near Mint (also never played).
Outer sleeve is in nice condition.
With the flaps open, on the photo underneath, you can see a small tear on left figures' chin - that's from the yellow sticker on the outside which adheres to the photo beneath it.
Cute? Yeah. Practical? Not a chance.

MY GRADING SCALE
(very similar to the Goldmine standard)
NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me). There should be no audible distractions.
NM- (Near Mint minus): A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides that may be heard.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play fine.
