PETE BYAM-SONIC RECORDS-(IGL RECORDS)-“WHITE LIGHTNING” KILLER VERSION-NM-1970
You are buying TWO Pete Byam’s records on Sonic Records, which was a division of IGL Records. It starts with a killer version of “White Lightning” backed with “Thank You Again For Loving Me.” Pete was from Windom, MN and this IGL release came out in 1970. This copy, vinyl and labels are Mint/NM. Buy both copies for $28.99.

If you are a record collector of amazing 60’s garage music, then Milford, Iowa’s IGL & Sonic Records are one of the “Holy Grail” ‘60s labels in existence. I was able to acquire an amazing grouping of IGL/Sonic 45 records with 98% being in mint condition. It was like going into the IGL vault. It’s almost unheard of considering that many of these discs are now close to 58 years old. I’d suggest if you collect these labels, here is your chance to get amazingly scarce mint copies. I doubt you’ll see this opportunity again. In a few cases if it is not Mint, I’ll note that. There are a few of those as well.
