There are stamped matrix numbers but they lie on the label rather than the run out, the prefix seems to be 'ADM'
The Green Boy / Pop Idiom Poop.
Music by Peter Blunt, libretto by Brian Jones, and The Boys of Vernon Holme (Junior) School.
Original UK Mono Press, 1968 (according to the sticker on the rear the LP may have been pressed 1st July 1968).
A 1968 Private Pressing from Vernon Holme School (Juniors).
Vernon Holme is located at Church Hill, Canterbury, Kent (CT2 9AQ).
This recording, or the performers I can find nothing about, except what is given on the sleeve. I have spent hours trying to find out some information, but to no success. No record of this lp even been sold before on EBay (according to popsike) or is it catalogued in discogs.
Upon this observation; it must be fair to say that this is a 'rare record', a term used widely on EBay for vinyl which is often pressed in quantities of thousands, and commercially released.
I listened to the LP twice, all the way through, and it is a very charming, despite 'The Green Boy' lyrics being slightly dark and mysterious. 
Side 1 is purely vocal and piano, a school choir, and two adult voices (I think) who are Mr and Mrs Brown, maybe another Male voice as a narrative.
The beginning features children's voices accompanied by a piano; singing about who they are and where they live.
Mr and Mrs Brown are introduced in the next passage as 'The Magical tale of The Brown's'
'The Green Boy' (soprano sung by Nicolas Eldridge) also sings a few passages about Mr Brown's age, before Mr Brown continues.
The tone of the record subsequently seems to go rather dark, and scary.
There are several mentions of cobwebs.
Husband, husband, How will we survive the snow?
How will he live the winter; he wonders how?
A mention of a dead pig... maybe to feed the family through the Winter?
The monologue then switches to age, and mortality.
The recording then cheers up as Mrs Brown declares:
Husband husband come and see what has come in the night ...something green which is shaped like a little man... So sweet and clear I have no fear......He dances on the high ground...
I think The Green Boy may be analogous of the spring coming after a harsh winter. 
The Green Boy then sings about he must go when the Full Moon comes.
The Green Boy (Part Two) continues on Side Two; with 'The Green Boy' singing about Mr Brown being a man of the soil, and how hard Mr Brown toils.
'When I depart you have no heart'.
Mrs Brown then sings affectionately about the Green Boy.
The chorus then sings about the Green Boy being like a child the couple never conceived.
Several other passages and the performance concludes with 'Youve heard the story of the Browns', and a few 'car horns' thrown in for good measure.
'Pop Idiom Poop' is a simple and charming Children's song; a chorus accompanied by a piano. Not much lyrical content, but lots of 'do be dos' and a single child reciting a sequence of 'da da das', then the chorus reciting a plethora of 'la la las', and the solo boy reverting to 'do do dos'. 
The starting price represents what I have been offered by a London record shop for this recording, so if it does not sell at the starting bid; it may not be put up for sale again. I thought I would give the LP a wider market.

Fully Play Tested.
Both sides play superbly, but there is some crackle and a few light pops and ticks, which is normal for these 'private pressings'.
Some very light surface marks to each side.
There is a very minor deviation to the record flatness, but plays perfectly.
The LP was played in its entirely on a Rega Deck, with 1.5g arm weight.

The sleeve has some minor wear and tear, and is slightly grubby, two stickers on rear.
