Scratch on first song of each side, audible mostly on "In Your Eyes" - plays through them on my turntable.  "That Voice Again" has skip.  Priced low accordingly.  Rest of tracks are fine. No warp. Spindle hole fine. 
Cover, labels and original inner sleeve have no markings   Side B label seems wrinkled (bad glue?) but is well attached. See photos.

To liquidate this collection, I am pricing the records VERY CHEAP!

ANY GRADING IN MY LISTINGS IS JUST  MY  UNPROFESSIONAL OPINION  (based on visible inspection).

Using  Goldmine standards,  I  would  conservatively  estimate at  least a “G” grade for the  record  itself and “E” grade for the  cover but may be  better. 

You  will have to judge  for  yourself.  All items are priced very  low.

Records are not in  cases  but are  safely packed in sturdy mailers, and  quickly mailed USPS as soon  as  payment is received.
