Description
In 1962 The Goon Show's Peter Sellers and Spike Milligan joined forces with Beyond The Fringe's Peter Cook, Jonathan Miller and an uncredited Dudley Moore to record a spoof of the film The Bridge on The River Kwai.
Spike Milligan wrote the script and the reocrding was produced by Beatles producer George Martin.
The result was "Bridge On The River Wye". Released in 1962 by EMI's Parlophone Records (PCS 3036) this excellent record is the much rarer GOLD LABEL STEREO version which now becoming increasingly hard for collectors to find!
If you are a fan of any of the stars on this great record you'll want to add it to your collection. It's incomplete without it!
