PETRASSI – OTTO CONCERTI PER ORCHESTRA – Fonit Cetra – ITL 70099  

1984 stereo recording by Fonit Cetra issued in their Italia series as a boxed set of 4 LPs, No. ITL 70099.  Eight Concertos for Orchestra composed by Italian modernist composer Goffredo Petrassi (1904-2003), played by various orchestras conducted by Zoltan Peskó.   The orchestras are: Tracks C, D – Philharmonia Hungarica; Tracks A, B, G, H – BBC Symphony Orchestra; Tracks E, F – Orchestra Sinfonica Di Milano.
The 4 discs are pristine with no spindle marks (possibly unplayed).   The 28-page illustrated booklet is near mint BUT please note the text is only in Italian.  Box is excellent.
