This is a very high quality virgin vinyl pressing lp on VARESE SARABANDE label #VC-81105. Called: PHANTASM, it is an original motion picture soundtrack with incredibly good music, that has a battery of exotic percussion instruments. Featuring Bells, chimes, bowed gongs, scraper sticks, on cymbals and virtually the entire percussion section of a symphony orchestra together with synthesizer, fender electric piano 88, mellotron, upright piano, music on this lp underscored the bizarre images on screen. There are 16 tracks: WELCOME TO MORNINGSIDE, HAND IN BOX / MINDSHAFT CHASE / PHANTASMAGORIA, SILVER SPHERE DISCO / HEARSE INFERNO / CEMETARY SPECTRE / SPACEGATE TO INFINITY / PHANTASM ATMOSPHERE / FUNERAL ORGAN, DWARF IN HEARSE / OVERTURNED ICE CREAM TRUCK / UNDER THE CAR / MIKE ON ROAD / HEARSE CHASE / etc. This is a beautifully pressed lp in wonderful condition. Labels and vinyl are like new, it is a quality manufactured record with absolutely no defects, scratches, groove wear, warps, sleeve stains, hazing, etc. etc. Labels also spotless. Cover is made of thick cardboard and has only extremely light wear, spine is strong with no splits, flaking, wear, etc. Bottom seam the same top seam just a hint of wear, no splits.
