VINYL: EXCELLENT CONDITION
SLEEVE: VERY GOOD CONDITION

Here is the rare original soundtrack to Phantasm on vinyl. The record is in fantastic shape and sounds excellent. I'm no expert in grading, but I think it sounds great and it plays through fine with no skips. The sleeve has seen better days and it's fairly beat up, however it is still intact with only a small half inch split on the top facing the side where it opens (see photo above), so I'd still say it's in very good condition.
