PHC- PISSED PLAYGROUND LP
PISSED HAPPY CHILDREN
For those of you not familiar will the music of PHC, they are the predecessor to, and same original line-up as Man Is The Bastard.
PHC are the roots of what has blossomed into the Power Violence genre. The music is more fast-paced than their work as MITB.
PHC also exhibits a keen sense of humor with the types of samples that have become popularized by bands such as Spazz.
The lyrics combine that quirky humor with some political / social themes and a general pissed off nature. While the tracks are old, they
still outshine most everything in the genre they helped build.
This has become very rare and very hard to find.
