Phil Butin & Rich Webster All In All STILL SEALED 10-song STEREO LP on Delta DRS-82M-120 from 1982.  This duo created what appears to be a hard rock Christian album, and you can get a sample of their work on this LP by searching YouTube by "phil butin" to come across 2 songs from this LP (not from the record in this auction, but just to give you an idea of a couple tracks on this LP).  Please see the photos below for the list of songs included on this LP.

The cover is STILL SEALED in the original shrink wrap which has kept the white areas of the cover very white!  The cover has no tears, seam splitting or writing and is in very good plus - excellent condition with light tiny corner dings/wear, a small dogeared corner to the bottom right and a light record impression just visible to the back cover.  Since the LP is SEALED I'm going to assume that the vinyl and labels are in MINT condition!  There's a 1/8" x 1/2" missing piece to the bottom right corner of the white back cover slick, which appears to have happened during manufacturing.  This puppy is just so sharp looking, it looks like it just came from the factory, and you’ll just love to have this one on display!!!  This is a RARE & COOL Phil Butin/Rich Webster collectible, make sure you bid on this today!!!
