Original 196? lp on Columbia (SAX 2404)
Philharmonia Promenade Concert conducted by Herbert Von Karajan.
Original UK Stereo pressing. Ed 1, Blue/Silver labels.
The vinyl shows some very minor hairline scuffing, mostly from inner sleeve when studied under direct strong light. One slight scuff to Side 1 which is cosmetic only and doesn't affect sound in any way. No serious marks or damage. Audio quality is good, plays with some very minor background here and there on my set up. The labels are clean and don't appear to show any spindle wear. The jacket has corner dings, slight creasing around top of spine, sticker to bottom left of rear. Spine is clean and complete. Original inner sleeve shows some discolouration. (vg+/vg+)

Having spent several years buying and selling records on a full time basis i feel i have a good understanding of the grading process. I study all records visually under a direct strong light and test play to assess sound quality. I am strict on condition, i rarely if ever grade a record higher than 'ex+' even if i know it's unused, i don't feel a 'mint/mint-' grade can be truly accurate when applied to vinyl.
