Highly collectable original first edition back from 1955 of Philippe Arthuys early musique concrete experiments.
Some info on the release: Rare original issue, released in France back in the mid-50's on the great Boite a Musique label (Henri Michaux, Structures Sonores Lasry-Baschet, Andre Almuro, Musique Experimentale, etc.). This one is a real rarity!! Maybe the 1st musique concrete record EVER released back in 1955, featuring a composition from Philippe Arthuys (that also appeared together with Pierre Schaeffer and Pierre Henry in the first musique concrete compilations Panorama de Musique Concrete) based on Rudyard Kipling's "Histoires comme ca". This is the only recording left back from Arthuys together with the musique concrete compilation tracks already mentioned and exists in 3 different editions, this one is the 1st original edition on 10", while another 2 editions were re-released on LP 12" record during the 60's!! A MUST have record for early electronic music / musique concrete fans out there!!! Extremely hard to find, shows up scarcely on ebay, especially in the original edition!!

[isdntekvideo]Condition: Vinyl lies in very good condition, looks to have been played a lot, is wavy (but wave does not affect playing) and plays with light surface noise, while cover lies in very good+ shape, with writing and stamp on front, plus medium age wear (see picture).
