Description

Anton Bruckner Fifth Symphony played by Concertgebouw Orchestra conducted by Eugen Jochum. Live recording made in Ottobeuren, Austria, 1964. Side 4 contains recordings made on the organ of the Abbey of Ottobeuren and a speech by the abbot.

 

Two LP set containing beautiful 36page color-booklet with many photographs of the abbey and The Concertgebouw Orchestra.

 

Original HIFI-STEREO release on maroon label.

Philips 835 225/26 AY.

2LP set in box.  Earliest pressing. Made in Germany (NO Made in Holland was made of this)

 

Vinyl in beautiful NM condition.
