Description
Philips UK Mono LP, A 02273 L (overstickered AL.3420), plum label, ED1, matrix suffixes 1L1/2L1.
Front-laminated, pasted-on-back sleeve has a little storage rubbing, a little isolated laminate lift and a few light edge creases, with some light storage grubbiness to back; mentioned for absolute transparency, these are minor issues on a super sleeve that easily grades EX.
The vinyl sits flat, with no warp; it looks very shiny and glossy, with just a few light but noticeable hairline marks, mostly on side one, but still not too numerous. Audio is very strong, and the vinyl is mastered and cut to play loudly. There is some crackle at the start of each side which does dissipate, and this is stronger on side 2, although there is some light surface noise, audible during quieter parts, and the occasional light dust click. Still a super copy, very enjoyable audio, that grades EX- visually, and varying from VG to EX for audio.
