Please view pictures closely & take the following into 



consideration prior to purchasing.




1.  In pic #1, front side, on the very left, next to the spine.




There are 5 "micro" creases in the middle area that come




from the very edge and end past the white border and just




barely into the black area.  These are no longer than 1.25




inches, with some of them no longer than 1/2 inch. They




are spread out from each other by inches with some & 0.5




inches with others.  





2.  Pic #1, Front side, upper right corner;  Same issue on



reverse side, pic #2, upper left corner.




This corner has been "dog-ear-ed".  Bent at the very




corner.  Very visible in listed pics.




3.  Reverse side, pic #2, right hand side, next to spine.




There are two very minor "micro" creases similar to those




described in number one. Very small.




** Zero seam splits.




** Above issues would be considered minor by many




people; however, due to high price, I'd prefer to overstate




them than understate them.
