You are bidding for a CLASSIC US 50'S R&B/ BLUES 78 RPM single by PIANO RED called THE WRONG YOYO backed with MY GAL JO issued on the RCA VICTOR record label in the US in 1951, cat number 22-0106(BLACK AND GOLD LABEL). The record is in excellent condition with excellent labels .The record has little wear with few scuffs and few surface scratches and plays with no jumps and clicks and a minimum of surface noise. CLASSIC US BARRELHOUSE BLUES from PIANO RED with two ROCKING BLUES tracks. A BARRELHOUSE BLUES PIANO PLAYER, PIANO RED had two careers, notching up a number of hits, ROCKING WITH RED, YOYO. Later he called himself DOCTOR FEELGOOD after the song of the same name which he wrote, covered by many artistes includinmg THE BEATLES JOHNNY KIDD AND THE PIRATES, He influenced THE STONES, CLAPTON BADFINGER who wrote a song about him, and the group DR FEELGOOD was named after him. One of the most influential artists ever,a little bit of rock history. RARE in decent condition, from my own collection.
