Condizioni : la copertina, laminata su entrambi i lati, mostra un leggero ring wear e poche grinzette; grande stato, NEAR MINT / il vinile ha una leggerissima imbarcatura, appena visibile nel primo lato, appena di più nel secondo, per cortesia guardate la foto n° 4 per avere un'idea approssimativa del disco mentre è in movimento all'inizio del secondo lato su uno dei miei giradischi. Non c'è alcun salto della puntina e il movimento "su e giù" del braccio è modestissimo: unicamente sulla prima traccia nel lato A, nelle prime due nel secondo. Inoltre soltanto pochi segni minori. Questi difetti non condizionano l'ottimale ascolto tranne un pò di fruscio e/o pochi lievi clicchettii nella quinta traccia del primo lato e nella prima e seconda traccia del lato B; bello stato, EX

Condition : laminated cover on both sides shows a slight ring wear and a few small creases, NEAR MINT / vinyl is very slightly warped. The defect is barely visible in the first side, just a little more in the second, please look at the picture No. 4 to get a rough idea of the disc while it is in motion at the beginning of the second side on one of my turntables. There is no jumping of the needle and the up and down movement of the arm is very limited: only in the first track on side A, in the first two in the second one. In addition, just a few minor signs. These flaws do not affect listening except a little swish and / or a few slight clicks in the fifth track of the first side and in the first and second track on the B side, EX

GRADAZIONE RIGOROSA - STRICTLY GRADED

Copertine e vinili sono visualmente gradati dopo un’attenta osservazione sotto la luce del sole fatta sulla mia terrazza a tetto. Nelle giornate grigie il controllo viene effettuato sotto una forte lampada alogena con l’aiuto di una lente d’ingrandimento. Tutti i dischi in asta sono stati interamente ascoltati, i 33 giri su un giradischi Rega Planar 3 fornito di una testina a magnete mobile Grado Statement 1 mentre gli EP e i singoli a 45 giri con un Thorens TD 166 BC fornito di una testina, sempre MM, Goldring 1006. Ritenendo che le abituali classificazioni quali Mint, Ex, Vg, ecc., ecc… siano poco significative per spiegare le reali condizioni dei dischi ed anche estremamente soggettive, precedo sempre tali classificazioni con una breve descrizione degli eventuali difetti che ho riscontrato, ad eccezione di Mint- che il più alto grado che conferisco a qualsiasi disco. Soltanto per le copie ancora sigillate all’origine utilizzo MINT/MINT.

Sleeves and vinyls are visually graded after a careful check in bright sunshine on my roof terrace. In the gray days I watch the records under a strong halogen lamp with the help of a magnifying glass. All records in auction have been fully heard. Lps on a Rega Planar 3 turntable with a Grado Statement 1 moving magnet cartridge, EPs and singles 45 rpm. on a Thorens TD 166 BC turntable with a Goldring 1006 MM cartridge. Considering that the usual classifications such as Mint, EX, Vg, etc…, etc… are not significant to explain the real condition of the records in addition to a total subjectivity of opinion, I always introduce before these classifications a short description concerning any defects I have verified with the exception of Mint minus, the highest grade I declare. I use MINT/MINT exclusively for the still from factory sealed copies.

Note : una colonna sonora per ciascun lato anche se hanno in comune diversi temi pur con variazioni. Tipico esempio è il simpatico tema d'apertura del primo film, "Marcia di Esculapio" (a1) pieno di briosa ritmicità che ritroviamo con diverso arrangiamento in uno dei segmenti musicali di "Tre Piccoli Punti" (a6), in "Fortune Blues" (a7), ottimo brano jazz con pianoforte e sax dove viene inserito nella seconda parte mentre la possiamo ascoltare sul secondo lato in "Esculapio" (b1), forse la migliore versione di tutte, in "Samba Fortuna" (b4) ben combinata con il ritmo Brasiliano ed in "Finale" (b7) con bei vocalizzi femminili. Ugualmente avviene per "Tango delle Sirene" (a2), devo dire molto bene eseguito, che ritroviamo nelle tracce a8, b3 e b6. A mio modesto parere la migliore traccia è "Fortuna" (a4) bossa ritmica condotta da tastiere, percussioni e vocalizzi femminili anche se non è certamente da disdegnare "Slow Lady" (b5), brano jazz con pianoforte supportato dal basso e successivo coinvolgimento del flauto e del sassofono.

I titoli dei quindici brani  possono esser letti guardando il retrocopertina raffigurato nella scansione n° 2.

Notes : one soundtrack on each side even if both have several themes in common although there are variations. A typical example is the first movie's nice opening theme, "Marcia di Esculapio" (a1) full of lively rhythm that we find again with different arrangement in one of the music segments of "Tre Piccoli Punti" (a6), in "Fortune Blues"(a7) an excellent jazz tune with piano and sax where it is included in the second part while we hear it on the second side in "Esculapio" (b1), perhaps the best version of all, in "Samba Fortuna"(b4) well combined with the Brazilian rhythm and "Finale" (b7) with beautiful female vocalizations. Same is true of "Tango delle Sirene" (a2), I have to say really well performed, which we find in the tracks: a8, b3 and b6. In my humble opinion the best track is "Fortuna" (a4) rhythmic bossa led by keyboards, percussion and female vocalizations even though it is certainly not to disdain "Slow Lady" (b5), a jazz tune with piano supported from bass and subsequent involvement of the flute and sax.

1) Una commedia con una garbata vena satirica, in un film di produzione Italiana (1968). Regia di Luigi Zampa, con Alberto Sordi, Bice Valori, Nanda Primavera, Ida Galli come Evelyn Stewart, Leopoldo Trieste e Sara Franchetti.

2) Sequel del primo ma con minore carica satirica (1969). Regia di Luciano Salce, con alcune nuove "entries" quali Ira von Fürstenberg, Alessandro Cutolo e Gino Lavagetto. Ovviamente ancora Sordi e poi la Galli e la Primavera.
