This is the PIERCE We're Outa Hand LP RARE 1989 HAIR METAL SCREAMIN SKULL RECORDS original pressing.   Vinyl is VG+ and cover in nice shape with shrink, does have small price sticker inside shrink on actual cover, see pic.    Great LP at a great price!!
