Relapse Records -- RR6618-1 2004
2004 release on Relapse Records. 2xLP CLEAR VINYL version limited to 100 copies. Super rare version that is getting harder and harder to find. Gatefold sleeve that is still in shrink wrap and was opened just to see the color of the vinyl, it is unplayed!
