Hi and thanks for stopping by to look at our advert for this rare chance to own a little bit of UK Music industry heritage.
PUBLIC IMAGE Ltd. was John Lydon’s (or ‘Johnny Rotten’ as he became known) first and last band he formed after the famous Sex Pistols.
The sex pistols were and still are one of the most important and influential Punk Rock bands of the Punk era.
PIL‘s first album was critically acclaimed as another milestone in the punk and post punk era
Metal Box is a UK triple LP in a round tin.
This is a fine example - complete with 4 round paper dividers.
This is a really nice copy, both tin and content has been very well looked after.
The round tin as was meant to hapen is showing a good light patina. All vynil is in near mint condition.
This album was released and promoted by Richard Branstons Virgin Records on 23 November 1979. The album takes its name from the round metal canister which contained the initial pressings of the record..
