Description

Here we have a real Collectors items from the Legends that are PINK FLOYD.  Titled ; "A SAUCERFUL OF SECRETS" (1968), this is the FIRST PRESSING of their second LP & is RARE. 
  This is a COLLECTOR'S ITEM, it being RARE in this particular form. The rarity comes mostly from it being the less common MONO pressing. The Stereo pressing is more common. This VERY FIRST PRESSING has the Matrix of XAX 3633-1  T / XAX 3634-1   1 2 H.     At this second (post Sad Barrett) stage of their career, they dropped the "THE" from in front of "PINK FLOYD".   3 of the 7 tracks are ROGER WATERS compositions; 2 are by RICK WRIGHT; one is a Group effort (minus Syd Barrett who was replaced by DAVE GILMOUR, spelt Gilmore on this album) & the last track is a final SYD BARRETT composition .
Condition :-   VINYL :-  Side 1 :- Visually EXCELLENT+ (superb, clean surface); Plays as EXCELLENT+ ( a Great deep, clear Sound).  The labels have the early Black labels with COLUMBIA & the round Logo in stand out Blue.                    Side 2 :- Visually EXCELLENT+ ( no visible surface marks); Plays perfectly all the way through; EXCELLENT+.  
  Flipback SLEEVE:- EXCELLENT-  ( very nearly EXC.+ ; just some wear rub wear on the opening edge & (my) name written (neatly) at the very bottom on the back surface).
  SPINE:-  EXCELLENT+ (perfect with the title as "Pinkfloyd"). Correct Era (Illustrated with contemporary LPs) INNER:- EXCELLENT.
                                                 Overall Package Graded @ EXCELLENT (Very Nearly Perfect, but not quite).
