 Original UK 1973 1st Press Double Vinyl LP With WR Phang Gatefold Sleeve And Original Inner Sleeve's.
Only The Initial 1st Pressing's Feature A Picture Of "W R Phang's Dental Surgery" On The Top Right Hand Corner To Front Of Sleeve (see image 7). This Image Was Withdrawn Following Objections From Dr. Phang And Replaced With A Picture Of A Gargling Monk.
"The Gramophone Co Ltd" Is At The Start Of The Rim Text On All 4 Labels.
