Description
A couple of rare Pink Floyd vinyl items.
Firstly the double lp, 'A Nice Pair', which was a re-issue of their earlier 'The Piper at the Gates of Dawn' and 'A Saucerful of Secrets' lps.
This is the early pressing with the W R Phang, Dental Surgeon cover which was later withdrawn.
Released on the Harvest label, catalogue number SHDW 403, the lps are in very good+ condition as per the Record Collector grading system, clearly only lightly played and with nice, clean centre labels.
1st pressing matrix numbers of YAX 3419-1 on side 1 and YAX 3420-1 on side 2, YAX 3633-1 on side 3 and YAX 3634-2 on side 4.
Complete with original inner sleeves, one with a small tear at the bottom, and small tears on both towards top, though generally pretty good.
The outer gatefold sleeve is also a definite very good grade, with some minor creasing. The spine is also very good.
Secondly, the single 'See Emily Play' by The Pink Floyd, released by Columbia in 1967, catalogue number DB 8214.
'B' side 'Scarecrow'.
Matrix number 7XCA 30214-1 on side 1, and 7XCA 30215-2 on side 2.
The record is graded as very good condition, 'See Emily Play' is very good visually and for sound quality, whilst 'Scarecrow' has a few very light hairline marks, and again plays with good sound quality throughout.
