Description
A rare first pressing of A Saucerful of Secrets by Pink Floyd. This is the Mono version with the blue and silver Columbia label. The vinyl is VG. It would be Excellent but for a faint hairline running through track one of side two. Playing the vinyl there are faint noises over the quiet periods but nothing to spoil the enjoyment of this classic album. The laminated Garrod & Lofthouse cover is VG again. There are just small grazes in the bottom and top edges of the cover. These are shown close in the last two photos. There is also a dedication 'Love Bill' written in small blue biro under the catalogue number on the back cover. The blue/silver labels are very clean. Spindle marks can be seen in the light. There is light faded felt tip pen text written in the top right corner of the label on side one. I believe the aged inner sleeve to be the original. The matrix numbers are YAX 3634-1 and XAX 3633-1. Overall a very good example. Hard to find in this condition. Released in 1968 on Columbia SX 6258.
