The vinyl does have lots of surface marks, but nothing deep. It does have some background crackle, but both sides play with no jumps or skips.
The black Columbia labels have silver print and are clear and bright on both sides. Original 4-prong push-out centre completely intact. Tax Code KT is embossed either side of the centre hole on B side.
Record comes in original Columbia 7" sleeve.
