Description
For sale here is a UK first pressing of Pink Floyds iconic 1970 album "Atom heart mother".
This is a first UK UK issue denoted by having no EMI box on the labels, and the first matrices, A-1G and B-1G. Overall a nice very early first pressing.
Below I will give a brief description of the condition of each part, vinyl, cover, and inner sleeve.
Please note that I do not have a turntable to make an audio grading of the album, but have a lot of experience of vinyl and have a good idea of how to grade by visual assessment. In the event of a vinyl being not as described, I do accept returns for a full refund.
COVER:-
Correct gatefold cover. Shows shelf wear and general wear to bottom and top edges as well as the spine. A clean copy, as some get very dirty, but overall this is Safely graded as very good (VG).
INNER SLEEVE:-
Inner sleeve is not the original. No rips, slits or tears, but lightly discoloured. Graded as VG+.
VINYL:-
The vinyl is pretty clean with just the usual hairline marks from sleeve removal and a couple of very light unfeelable marks that should not affect play very much if at all. Mother and stampers for side one are 1/MM and for side two are 2/MT, so a very early first pressing. Clean labels with a few spindle trails, so all graded an easy VG.
So that is everything. Only graded visually.
I will be listing some cracking Floyd albums over the coming days, including an amazing 1st pressing of "Animals", probably the best I have ever come across. Also a copy of "More", green tinted west facing couple. Matrices 1G / 1G and mother/stampers also 1G / 1G. The very earliest possible and in superb condition.

I do not profit on postage. I charge what it costs me (often less!). I try to use recycled packaging and I remove vinyl from sleeve for transit. All vinyl will be supplied in a new anti-static sleeve, and each cover in a new heavyweight polythene cover.
I am very experienced in grading and posting vinyl. If anything is not as described I accept returns, no questions asked.
