These are some of the liner notes:
"This album was recorded at the Sheffield City Hall on December 22nd 1970. This was a very special evening for those who were fortunate to be in the audience. This was indeed an evening of sight and sound featuring the first and only known performance of a very visual piece of music: Allen's Psychedelic Breakfast. Close your eyes as you listen to side 1 and try to picture what the audience saw on stage that night. Eggs beaten and fried on stage.....'and what do you think he's going to do with that sugar?.....pour it all into the cup?'.
Side 2 features what has become a Floyd classic: Be Careful With That Axe Eugene. This was the fourth song of the set."
