Sleeve are really beautiful, notation is difficult cause subjective but we can say we're close to the Near Mint but I prefer to sell it as an Ex. Vinyl have some really micro scratchs and a litlte bigger but superficial scratch on half of song 1 face B. No worries, it plays well, it is a not profound scratch. I think we can say VG+ or VG++ for the vinyl.
