On offer here is a VERY rare single (especially in this condition!!!!) called "Arnold Layne" by Pink Floyd and is an ORIGINAL UK 1967 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Columbia label!!!! The B side is called 'Candy And A Currant Bun'. THIS SINGLE IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! THIS WAS PINK FLOYDS 1ST SINGLE EVER AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT IT IS IN SUPERB VISUAL CONDITION - WITH THE PLAYING GRADE ONLY VERY SLIGHTLY LESS!!!! THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1967 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS COLUMBIA LABEL, 1ST PRESS 1/1 MATRIXES, AND ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS COLUMBIA COMPANY SLEEVE!!!! THIS SINGLE IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL UK 1967 Columbia 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Columbia label and the Cat No is DB 8156.
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!! The record is in SUPERB visual condition with the playing grade only VERY slightly less!!!! Most of these 60s singles had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This record is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, only 1 TINY scuffline, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is GREAT to find that the record plays almost as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some mild distortion on the louder vocal notes on the A side ONLY. This single must visually grade Excellent(Minus) if not FULL Excellent - with the playing grade only VERY slightly less. Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! This record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press Columbia Company Sleeve which is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition - with NO splits, NO writing, NO rips, and NO tears!!!! THIS SINGLE IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
