PINK FLOYD - ATOM HEART MOTHER (HARVEST SHVL 781)
RARE British original 1970 issue ON PRE EMI HARVEST LABEL.
Label also has the GRAMOPHONE Co..LTD. rim text and the MADE IN GT.BRITAIN TEXT is above the green rim line. The stampers in the run out groove read A-1G & B-1G on both sides: This means that the record on offer here is from the VERY FIRST run pressing of this album. Later issues come up in all sorts of varieties but this one is the first issue.
Cover is basically excellent with only minor signs of age, no creases not tears and no writing at all. Seams and the spine are nice and straight and the inside gatefold is in lovely shape. The rare Harvest Inner Sleeve is also near excellent. Disc is very clean with no marks at all. The spindle hole is still very sharp and shows only minimal signs of play!
A lovely copy of a very sought after Psychedelic British (first press) album.
