PINK FLOYD Atom Heart Mother UK 1st issue vinyl 1970 A-1G/B-1G omits 'EMI'

First issue, first label, variant 2:
Distinguishing features: • A-1G / B-1G matrices in runouts. • First label stock with 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd.' rim text, NO boxed EMI logo, 'Made In Gt. Britain' at bottom center inside ring. • Publishing credits for side A and B4: World Copyrights/Lupus Music. • Publishing credit for B4 is split over two lines. • Large ℗ on side B label. • The water faucet drip at the end of 'Alan's Psychedelic Breakfast' continues into a locked groove at the end of side B.
Original 1970 release in gatefold sleeve which is solid and very clean inside and out. Superb readable spine! - a little flattened though and has a small tear - see photos
Original poly lined Harvest ads inner - the lining is a little loose , but all intact and in excellent condition save for a few creases
Labels have the lightest of spindle marks if you look closely. Excellent all round and very clean
Vinyl looks superb - no discernible lines or scuffs. On side one there is a little light rippling - I suspect a reaction to the poly lining in the inner. Beyond a bit of light crackle it has no impact
Plays superbly overall. Often the quiet nature of this LP means there is inevitable background coming through, and at the start of side one there is discenible crackle. However not overpowering and as it builds it sounds great. Side 2 has only very faint occasional crackle - even the 'breakfast' is nice and clear and audible - overall a fantastic listen
