PINK FLOYD, ‘DARK SIDE OF THE MOON’, AN ORIGINAL AND COMPLETE FIRST PRESSING 1973 UK SOLID LIGHT BLUE TRIANGLE HARVEST RECORD LABEL LP, SHVL 804.
This is a **FIRST**Pressing of Pink Floyd’s 1973 Album release on the Solid Light Blue triangle EMI *HARVEST* Record Labels, with circled P date 1973.
This LP comes in it’s original Gatefold Sleeve with an opening on one side only, and includes 2 original Posters and 2 original postcard size stickers.
Both record labels are in Excellent condition, very clean record labels with a few signs of play to each centre spindle hole, and a small name written in ink on side 2.
The album plays very well through all the tracks, with clear stereo sound quality with no skips clicks or pops and just very mild background crackle on some, not all tracks.
The machine stampers, side1, SHVL 804 A-2., side2,SHVL 804 B-2.
Side 1 stampers: 5 GAP and Side 2: 3 GDO.
Both sides of the vinyl disc are in undamaged Excellent condition, very clean glossy vinyl surfaces with just surface hairlines, there are no deep scratches or scuffs.
The LP comes in it’s original Made in Great Britain Black inner record bag which is in Excellent condition, and is housed in it’s original gatefold Picture Sleeve. The Gatefold sleeve which opens on one side only is a very clean example in undamaged Excellent condition. The sleeve shows light rub marks to the edges and spine, but nothing major.
Also included are two original posters and two original stickers, the two stickers and one of the posters are in Near Mint condition, the blue pyramid poster has corner marks where it was hung on the wall, and is in Excellent condition.
A very nice example of this rare first issue collectable UK album release from Pink Floyd.
