Description
Part of a large Pink Floyd collection I have been asked to sell. This is raising funds for a friends divorce settlement (OUCH).
For sale is the iconic "Dark side of the moon". Very early UK pressing with A4 and B3 matrices. Mother / stampers are 1/OM and 2/RLO. In a wonderful condition that belies its true age. A very well cared for example.
What I do say is that if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with either the vinyl or any part of my description, I will accept a return, give a full refund and pay the return postage in full. I cannot make a better offer than that.
The cover is in exceptional condition, as is the vinyl. Cover shows only the very lightest of storage wear. Please have a close look at the photographs. It is a beauty. The vinyl gleams with no marks worthy of mention. See the full play-grading and description below.
Cover and inner grades excellent. Vinyls grade excellent plus visually. Both posters show NO damage and grade excellent. Both stickers have a fold crease from being caught in the hinge of the cover, otherwise great. Grade Very good plus.
This is my play-grading:- Side one has a few seconds of very light background at the start. Plays great through to the segue between tracks 3 and 4 ("Time") which has a little very light surface noise ( I am being very picky). Overall side one plays excellent. Side two starts pretty quietly and nothing worthy of mentioning during the whole of the side. Side two also plays to an excellent standard. This is an extremely clean copy. Highly detailed crystal clear sound. A great copy with lovely audio quality.
All albums are sent in a new anti-static inner sleeve and new heavy duty polythene outer sleeve. All in the price.
I am happy to post worldwide. I can give an exact price once I have packed and weighed the collection and know its destination. In the meantime I have put down a blanket cost for overseas postage which I will amend once I know the destination country.
