Issued in a gatefold sleeve with two A2-sized posters and two stickers.

Text around the top edge of the label starts at 10 o'clock and says: EMI Records Ltd. All rights of the manufacturer and of the owner of the recorded work reserved.
Text around the bottom edge of the label starts at 8 o'clock and says: Unauthorised public performance, broadcasting, and copying of this record prohibited. Made in GT Britain.
NO 'Made in GT. Britain' at 6 o'clock.
Publishers credited as Pink Floyd Music Publ.

The title of A2 is "Breathe" on the sleeve and "Breathe In The Air" on the label.

The tracks are numbered from 1-5 and 1-5 on the sleeve, however on the labels the numbering is from (a) to (i) whereby track (a) consists of (a) (I) "Speak To Me" and (II) "Breathe In The Air", then (b) (c) (d). Side 2 is (e) (f) (g) (h) & (i)

2 Posters: 
There is no catalog number on the Blue pyramid poster.
The group Poster have "SHVL 804" in the bottom right corner. 

It has one of each of the stickers 

Gatefold cover:
The cat# 1E 064 o 05249 appears very small on the rear cover underneath SHVL 804 and above "stereo" in very small letters. These are all centralised.
The logos and text at the inner spread, bottom left has blue color, while there is a similar versions with white colour.
Some copies were issued with a circular sticker on the top right, front of sleeve "Pink Floyd The Dark Side Of The Moon" although not all copies were. 

Note on Credits:
Though not stated in the liner notes, Barry St. John, Doris Troy, Lesley Duncan, and Liza Strike perform backing vocals only on tracks A4, B2, B4, and B5.

CONDITION

The Vinyl  EXCELLENT++

On initial visual inspection the playing surface looks awesome I can ONLY see a couple of hairlines both sides when viewed under a strong light.  Importantly There is (no) feelable needle scratches or audio sounding marks that I heard at all  !!!!! ,very clean with a rainbow like glossy sheen LOVELY AND 42 YEARS OLD !!!!

The Audio Quality NEAR MINT

I have played this through track for track at very loud volume on a top REGA system,  the audio is awesome! 

Crystal clear and vibrant through out, with (no) distortion or any signs of groove ware at all  !!!! 

Certainly (no) clicks pops or jumps!!  As good as it gets in my opinion!! 

THIS AUDIO IS RATED AT THE VERY TOP ON ALL FREQUENCIES! 

GRADED AS NEAR MINT!! 

UNBELIEVABLE FOR A VINYL THAT IS 42 YEARS OLD !!!!! 

The Labels:  Near MINT

. These are superb ! ONLY ONE FAINT SPINDLE LINE can be seen only on each side,angled in strong light.

Confirming this has definitely been played VERY SPARINGLY !!!  For a vinyl that is 42 years old , AMAZING !!

Please note! i am highly critical about the audio quality on my records as it is my prime interest above rarity! This plays awesome you will not be disappointed.

The Outer gatefold Cover  EXCELLENT ++

This is the original Gatefold Printed cover , in absolutely super condition!! nice clean appearance !! JUST SLIGHTEST RUB (SEE PICS)

The original Inner Sleeve  N-MINT

This is the original white inner sleeve

 (no) splits or tears, just very light minimal creases, lovely !!!

Both posters are also NEAR MINT and look to have never left the sleeve
