Release Information:
Fifth stereo issue with a black cover, and "EMI Records Ltd." text on the label with "Made in GT Britain" at the end of the text around the edge of the label.
Description:
Gatefold cover. Front Cover: Black with prism.
Inner Sleeve: White inner sleeve with corners clipped. At the bottom, it says: Patent No. 1125555, MADE IN ENGLAND
Inserts:
1) Pyramid Poster: Blue pyramid. There is no catalog number on the poster.
2) Group Poster: A six-pane group shot poster in landscape style with "SHVL 804" in the bottom right corner.
3) Brown graphics sticker: A light brown sticker. The backing paper is white with 45 degree angled diagonal stripes of dark brown from the top to bottom,
4) Yellow graphics sticker: A yellow sticker. The backing paper is white with 45 degree angled diagonal stripes of dark brown from the top to bottom,
5) Labels: Black Harvest label with blue outline prism.
6) Text around the top edge of the label starts at 10 o'clock and says:
EMI Records Ltd. All rights of the manufacturer and of the owner of the recorded work reserved.
7) Text around the bottom edge of the label starts at 8 o'clock and says:
Unauthorised public performance, broadcasting, and copying of this record prohibited. Made in Gt. Britain.
