THIS IS AN AUCTION FOR THE LP BY PINK FLOYD ENTITLED THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON RELEASED IN 1973 ON HARVEST. THIS IS A RARE MSFL PRESSING FROM JAPAN CATALOGUE NUMBER MSFL 1-017 WITH THE MATRIX NUMBERS OF MSFL-1-017-A21 AND MSFL 1-017-B21.

THE VINYL IS VISUALLY IN NEAR MINT CONDITION AND LOOKS BARELY PLAYED. THE RECORD PLAYS THROUGH SUPERBLY AND I AM HAPPY TO DESCRIBE THE AUDIO AS NEAR MINT AND AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO LISTEN TO.

THE LABELS ARE IN NEAR MINT CONDITION AND ONCE AGAIN LOOK GREAT.

THE HEAVY CARDBOARD GATEFOLD SLEEVE IS IN VERY GOOD++ CONDITION WITH SOME VERY  LIGHT STORAGE WEAR TO THE CORNERS AND THE EDGES A VERY TINY PINHOLES IN TWO CORNERS. IT STILL LOOKS GREAT WHEN IT IS OPENED.

THIS COPY COMES WITH ITS ORIGINAL GATEFOLD MSFL INNER WHICH IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

OVERALL A SUPERB COPY OF THIS RARE LP.

PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT MY OTHER LISTINGS FOR OTHER CLASSIC ROCK LPS

I use the Record Collector guide to grade my records-see below

The Lp will be sent in professional mailers and will be sent in the Uk at a cost of  £3.00. The cost of postage in Europe is £8.00 which includes international signed for delivery as mandatory . Anyone bidding who does not have feedback will have their bid cancelled straight away. I am very sorry about this but again this is due to problems experienced in the past. Anyone without feedback and who wants to bid please contact me first.

Grading:- MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced
