This is the one you’ve been after .... A Uk pressed (for Scandinavian export ) copy of the VERY first run of This iconic LP ! Everyone is after SHVL A2 / B2 but what we have here is SHVL A & SHVL B , yes a Mint - graded Copy of SHVL A / B which preceded A2 / B 2 . The copy BEFORE the first Pressing !
THE ORIGINAL EMI Pressing for the Scandinavian market , this particular LP came from a collection in Sweden and looks as it did in 1973 .
Not only is the Matrix number A/B the first from the Pressing plant BUT it appears UNPLAYED I can’t see any marks under light on either side except for spindle marks on the Labels . It is not warped and honestly looks like it never has been played ! This is one for the serious collectors who want to upgrade . The Sheen is brand new and stunning .
The Original Dark Blue ( not Black ) Sleeve is also Stunning a Genuine EX ( see photos I’ve not seen better , a few minor tiny imperfections ) The Stickers ( one slightly folded top corner ) And Posters are still inside ... The Original inner black Made in Great Britain bags are only VG + ! I’m not sure why !!!
It’s Complete , it’s the earliest And rarest Matrix , and it’s Ex / M- overall . And I grade hard . I’ve taken photos under strong natural light to show imperfections.
