This record is in excellent condition. It has faint spindle marks visible on each label but there are no pen marks on either side. There are no scuffs, no major fading anywhere and the centres are not loose or worn. Overall the labels are clean, bright and in good shape with no major issues to report.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are very clean overall, have nothing remotely serious showing and have a vivid lustre. There is however the occasional very thin light wispy line and some very minor faint 'sleeve scuffs' just about visible when angled. These very light lines and mild signs of use show under bright light, but there is not loads and again nothing sinister. So overall a used record which is in very good shape and has no nasty scuffs, serious marks or blemishes but has mild signs of use and its age.
I play tested the record and it plays very well overall and produced very enjoyable audio. It lays flat on the deck but upon playing there is some slight upward movement noticeable in the record arm. This is mostly noticeable on side 1, with side 2 having very little movement. The movement on side 1 is also not severe and of course is not at a level to cause any major issues whilst playing. The sound produced is free of any major issues such as skips, sticks or loud disruptive clicks and overall it is clear, crisp and defined. There is some light surface noise in the run in and quiet intro and also between tracks. Some light surface noise can also be heard in some of the very quiet parts but this is minor and not drastic at all. I noted no loud pops on either side and no stand out loud clicks caused by deep marks. I did pick up on a soft series of around 5 or 6 around 5 minutes into side 1 but these were not really intrusive. Overall it was a very enjoyable play test and produced audio of good quality which was free of any major problems and has only minor surface noise and the slight arm movement as mentioned.
The gatefold sleeve is in very good condition. It has some age related rubbing/wear to the edges and corners but there are no splits or weak areas anywhere and the sleeve is strong all round. There are no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere on the sleeve and no major issue with creasing. There is however some light fading in places and also the sleeve has a 'wobble' to it. This is hard to explain but it just isn't flat when you run your hand over it, with it raised in certain areas, giving it a 'wobbly' feel. Other than this strange issue and the mild age related wear the sleeve is solid enough and suffers from only superficial issues really. There is also a 2cm by 2cm sticker or faint 'tape mark' near the centre of the front right edge, but this is again fairly minor. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on its condition.
It includes its original plain white EMI inner which is in excellent- condition. This has no tears or splits but some light creasing and mild discolouring. It also has a small 'stamp' on one side in the top right corner.
There are no posters included with the record. As you can see from the picture it has one sticker present on the front.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
