Condition : Disc = VERY GOOD+ / Sleeve = VERY GOOD+ / Poster = EXCELLENT-

A Very Good+ condition disc. Vinyl still has it's original shiny lustre. A visible few light scuffs/surface marks - mainly from the record being taken out of the inner sleeve over the years. None cause any particular audible sound problems. A few minor spindle marks. Original STEREO mixes of both sides. No skips, jumps, sticking, warps, deep scratches, or writing on labels. Clean labels. Excellent sound quality in general. Very little surface noise. Tested on a Thorens turntable.
Gatefold sleeve in Very Good+ condition. Some general wear - mainly where the black print has rubbed off slightly in places. A crease to lower right corner of sleeve. Slight rippling to sleeve. No seam splits. Some wear to spine.
Poster in Excellent- condition. No writing, no seam splits, no extra folding, no tape marks, no pin holes. Minor wear.
Supplied in EMI plain white inner sleeve, which is in Very Good condition, with no seam splits, but some creasing and age-related discolouration on places.
GRADING:
All records are graded using the UK ‘Record Collector’ format:
MINT (M):
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR (F): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
