Description

Offered for sale is a 12" vinyl LP of The Dark side of the Moon by Pink Floyd. Released on the EMI Harvest label, this is a French pressing, with 'Made in France by Pathe Marconi' on the labels. 'The Gramophone Company Limited' is on both labels at roughly 9 o'clock, and the 'EMI' logo is boxed at about 11 o'clock on both sides. The catalogue number is SHVL 804.   

It’s in fairly good condition overall, especially considering its age; but please note the outer sleeve is quite poor. It has started to split along the bottom edge and down the spine, though this has not affected the inside of the gatefold - please see all of the pictures for a clear overview. There is also a small scuff near the title sticker, where a price sticker has left a small mark. 

The black inner sleeve is most likely not original, but has done its job of protecting the vinyl itself. Please note there are no stickers and no poster included either. 

The vinyl itself plays fine, and is clear with only minimal surface marks and light scratches. The labels are also clean, with minor spindle marks on both sides. 

Overall this is a nice copy of this LP in a tatty sleeve, which has plenty of life left in it for a fan.
