On offer here is a VERY rare LP by Pink Floyd called "Dark Side Of The Moon" and is an ORIGINAL 1973 UK 1st Pressing on the ULTRA RARE 1st Press 'Solid Blue Triangle' Harvest label!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! THIS IS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING ON THE ULTRA RARE 'SOLID LIGHT BLUE TRIANGLE' HARVEST LABEL - AND WAS ONLY EVER PRESSED ON THIS ULTRA RARE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS LABEL FOR A TINY AMOUNT OF TIME ONLY!!!! FOR SOME REASON (MOST LIKELY BECAUSE THE TEXT ON THE LABELS IS HARD TO READ) - THIS LABEL WAS CHANGED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AFTER RELEASE TO THE STANDARD 'TRANSPARENT' TRIANGLE SEEN ON ALL LATER PRESSINGS. AS A RESULT FINDING A 100% GENIUNE 1973 UK 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE!!!!
NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP ALSO HAS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS MATRIXES - ENDING IN A2/B2!!!! LATER PRESSINGS OF COURSE HAVE HIGHER NUMBERS. THE LABELS ALSO HAVE THE CORRECT 1ST PRESS 'GRAMOPHONE COMPANY' EDGE TEXT (LATER PRESSINGS DONT HAVE THIS!)!!!! THIS ULTRA RARE 1ST PRESSING ALSO COMES WITH ITS ORIGINAL 2 COLOUR POSTERS, AND 2 STICKERS OF THE CORRECT 1ST PRESS TYPE!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN GREAT CONDITION OVERALL (THOUGH NOT PERFECT) AND IS A VERY PRESENTABLE EXAMPLE!!!! THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1973 UK 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING ON THE ULTRA RARE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'SOLID LIGHT BLUE TRIANGLE' HARVEST LABEL, BLACK 'PATENTS' INNER SLEEVE (WHICH LOOKS TO BE ORIGINAL), 1ST PRESS 'GRAMOPHONE COMPANY' EDGE TEXT, 1ST PRESS A2/B2 MATRIX ENDINGS, AND 1ST PRESS 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' GATEFOLD COVER!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AS AN 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING, AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!! The Cat. No is SHVL 804 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Solid Light Blue Triangle' Harvest label (see picture) and is a 1973 Stereo 1st Pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!
The record labels are in BRILLIANT condition overall (see pictures) with NO writing, some minor general rubbing/wear to one label (see my VERY clear label pictures!), and only a few spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in GREAT condition overall (though not perfect)!!!! Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has only 2 visible (but NON sounding!) scufflines, only 3 or 4 light hairlines, only 2 or 3 VERY light scufflines, only 2 or 3 ULTRA light surface traces, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! The record plays with NO nasty loud pops, barely ANY clicks, NO jumps, NO sticks, barely ANY crackle, and only some slight background sound on the run on grooves, gaps and VERY quietest parts of the music!!!! The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!! The record must MEGA STRICTLY grade Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in a Black inner sleeve (which could well be original) with white 'Patents' text!!!! THE 2 POSTERS AND 2 STICKERS ARE IN BRILLIANT CONDITION (apart from some VERY minor damage to 1 poster) AND ARE OF THE CORRECT 1ST PRESS TYPE!!!! The 1st Press Gatefold Cover is in GREAT condition!!!! The cover itself has NO visible edge wear (only the faintest evidence of 'touching in'), NO visible spinal wear (only the faintest evidence of 'touching in'), only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only some VERY light general rubbing, only VERY slight ringwear to the reverse of the cover, only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), only 2 or 3 VERY minor indentations to the reverse of the cover, NO sticker tears, and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the inside is in GREAT condition with NO writing, barely ANY rubbing, NO yellowing, and NO grubbyness!!!! The cover MUST grade Very Good(Minus) (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better and is still VERY presentable indeed - with NO major defects!!!! THIS MAY NOT BE A MINT EXAMPLE, BUT IT IS OF THE UTMOST RARITY - AND IS AN EXTREMELY RARE CHANCE FOR SOMEONE TO OWN THIS AMAZING LP AT A CHEAPER PRICE THAN THE HUGE FORTUNE REQUIRED TO OWN A MINT COPY!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
