Beautiful early UK pressing with absolutely stunning clean audio! Amazing copy with near mint audio and lovely sleeve too! Sounds incredible!
Vinyl looks EX+ with just a couple of very faint hairlines. Lovely glossy sheen and rich black vinyl. Outstanding copy.
Sleeve looks EX with NO wear on top or bottom edge, NO wear to spine which is still perfectly square, NO foxing to the lovely rich black front and rear faces. Looks in fabulous condition and is easily one of the best I've seen of this notoriously fragile sleeve. Only detrimental areas are creasing to the corners and a slight ring impression to the rear.
Labels are lovely and clean, and very little evidence of play. Superb!
Audio playback: Breathtaking! This is quite simply the cleanest and best sounding copy of this album I have EVER heard! The true tests of audio quality on this LP are the quiet sections - of which there are MANY. The audio in these sections (and also in between tracks by the way) is outstandingly clean, with minimal background crackle and just the very faintest tick here and there! I have never heard Dark Side Of The Moon as quiet as this copy in these sections - even the brand new remastered copy on vinyl I own isn't as good as this! Absolutely stunning audio. Needless to say the rest of the album's audio is also breathtaking, superb bass tone and fabulous overall song audio. The run ins are virtually noise free, in between tracks are virtually noise free, the loud song audio is just wonderful and as previously mentioned, the quietest sections are just superb! This is without doubt a final audio upgrade copy. I seriously doubt you could find a better playing copy in such wonderful condition.
