Front Cover: Black with prism. Matte. Printed on the cover in a white circle in the upper left corner is "Farbige Pressung Limitierte Sonderauflage."
Back Cover: Black with prism. In the upper right corner is the number 1C 062-05 249. Underneath and much smaller is the number 400 010.
Inside Cover: Heartbeat, tracklisting and lyrics. Printed in Germany.
