Description
Selling my long owned Pink Floyd, Dark Side of the Moon. I have had this for a very long time. On the Harvest label and it came out in 1973. I didn’t buy it then as I was still young. I bought it about 1983ish in a record shop in Whitley Bay high street. I think it was second hand, but I wasn’t bothered, I just wanted to get it home and play it. A few years after that it remained in a record case. Coming out now and again for a play. Then CD’s came along and I’m afraid it’s been sat twiddling it’s thumbs since then.
The cover has held up really well and really has a few minor signs of wear. On the front it has its original sticker still on. It has not been taken of or attempted to take off. It’s a gatefold but only opens up on one side. As you look at it opened up it’s the right hand side which has an opening. The opening is in very good condition with no splits etc. The spine is intact with some minor wear to the corners only. There is a black inner, showing wear, it’s probably the thing which has gotten most use over the years. In my crazy youth for some reason I stuck one of the stickers onto it.
The vinyl is in really great condition, showing only very slight signs of wear. Personally it looks excellent but I won’t grade it that just incase I’m been over confident. The labels have a light blue triangle picture on them. Unfortunately side 2 Label has a rip on it, which you can see form the picture. Off course it doesn’t affect the play, but I know it can take away from the overall look and condition.
Check out the photos for details, but sometimes the photos don’t do it justice or shadows etc show something that’s just not there.
Overall a really nice copy of this classic Pink Floyd album.
Bottom line this is just a awesome album. If your looking at this you know already or want to know how brilliant this album truly is. Having listen to it many times (all formats) over the years I can attest to that.
Reason for selling? I need to gather some funds to get a new tattoo :)

Sorry but no poster or sticker... I used them many many years ago. The poster would of gone on the wall and the other sticker probably on my guitar case. No, it did not make me play like David Gilmour :)
